So I have been attending a few meetings with the other Help Int'l volunteers in order to get ready for INDIA!!! (21 Days!!!) The more I talk to others about my opportunity in India the more excited I get. That is great, right? This is what I thought, until I woke up the past 2 nights at 3 am and was so excited I just couldn't sleep. My mind is racing with all the thoughts of things to do before I go, people to see, and the opportunities ahead. So to help relax I started listening to Andrew Johnshon's "Relax" app. Oh my can I just tell you just listening to his voice is relaxing. I could do it for hours. But we all know how I love a man with a good accent, especially when its Scottish.
Anywho, I am rambling. Everything is looking good to go. Thankfully another volunteer is on my flight thru Dubai, which means I wont go insane entertaining myself for 2 days. Such a relief! Things are coming together beautifully. I was a bit worried about funds, since everyone's hours were cut at work a couple months ago. But I have had a few opportunities outside of work to make some extra cash, and many of you have so graciously donated, THANK YOU!!! K this post is going to have to be short. I have lots to do!
